Back At It

Ok, I am going to get back on the ball. I am in better spirits when I exercise and I could use some "better spirits".


I know this blog is about running, but I haven't started running yet. I am starting a new program that falls under fitness, so I am posting about it here.


HundredPushups.com is a site for training to do one hundred pushups without starting. I took the "initial test" tonight. I was able to do 30 pushups without stopping. The last one was tough. So now on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I will be doing pushups in order to get to 100 consecutive pushups without stopping.


Hopefully posting about it here will get me motivated to start running again as well. I should be able to train for the Music City Marathon without problem.
